"I got an email this morning that a payment was due. Payment for what? I don't have a bill. How much and when is it due. This new system STINKS. We have had State Farm for over thirty years. It is tough to think about moving. But, we are being forced into it. I am more confused with the answer. The point is that there wasn't a bill. On top of that, I did contact corporate. The gentleman told me that the local office issued the bills."

"I've been a long time happy client of the Monte Folsom State Farm agency for multiple years, and have been working with Ray on all of my policies. Ray has been exceptional in taking great care of me and making sure he's always gotten me the best deal on my truck, motorcycle, renters, and life insurance. I can't say enough great things about Ray and this entire office for their exceptional customer service, friendliness, care, and compassion they have for all their clients, and I noticed that immediately on day 1 of visiting this office in person! I recently made the move to Nashville, Tennessee, and Ray was able to get me connected with an incredible agency in that area, and helped make the transfer of policies process smooth and stress free. "Reported an accident by my ex-girlfriend as a fault on my driving record. Then had State Farm cancel my policy."

"Thank you for sharing your experience, Christopher. After looking into this a bit more you had requested she be on your policy in the beginning and the claim was taken care of. We were never notified to take her off until after we got notice from the company that you were being non renewed due to driving record and claims record. We sent you an email letting you know of the non-renewal and a letter in the mail in February. Our first notice that she needed to be removed was the next day in a response to our email, but the non-renewal had already gone out. We then submitted to underwriting the removal and asked you for clarification if she was still in the household and lives there still which we got no response to. Underwriting upheld the non-renewal. Unfortunately, there is not anything we can do once this happens as it is the company's decision on the matter and not my individual office. Hope that helps explain things a bit better. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've faced and thank you for your feedback as we always strive to do better. "I've been a State Farm customer for as long as I can remember in multiple states. Today I called with some basic questions and Sienna helped me being my expectations. I was inquiring about home owners insurance but didn't expect to have my issue resolved on the spot. Within ten minutes we made an adjustment and all my questions were answered in a professional and courteous manner. Five stars.. Thank you Sienna!!!"

"I had an amazing experience and I have had an amazing experience extremely easy to get in contact with. I’ve been with them for the past three years I own three vehicles that are all being properly taken care of, and I haven’t really had much issues with anything through State Farm. I recently had to go in just because I recently turned 18 and sienna one of the associates wanted to basically explain how their insurance policies work in all the lovely fancy stuff that comes with it, and I actually learned a lot more than I did when I first got signed up and when I first signed up for my life policy, absolutely love the company! And they have amazing deals."

"Had a horrible experience with Monte Folsom State Farm. After insuring my small contracting business for over a year they cancelled my policy that I had paid for in full out of the blue. Took them months to refund me and then sent me another invoice for $366 bucks for an additional cost for the previous year. When I called to try and figure out what it was for they said it was some kind of error and to ignore it. Then I get a letter from a collections agency for the same amount and invoice they told me to ignore. Incompetence, I’m very disappointed and will never use State Farm especially monte Folsom ever again. If you want more problems then solutions State Farm is definitely there."
